Hello all
Much sunnier picture from me this evening.
I've seen the new sho on the team (you'd all like him he's a good dr- very handsome and swoon worthy and a captain!- JEAN! JULIE! ELEANOR! a man in uniform!)

My bloods are doing better
Totally no sign of infection whatsoever
So it looks like a reaction to chemo
Basically a crp of 186 now down to 49
And my esr is now 90
So happier than it was

They are going to talk with the big chief in conference tomorrow
But no easy decisions
Main reason for improvement is 50mg steroids each morning

The registrar popped in on her way home from clinic she's the bees knees and will make a great rheumy
She did it as a social call to say how sorry she wAs to hear things have gone belly up

The ward is still closed but richard had a babysitter and came up to see me this evening
That was lovely
And yes I did eat half a choc orange and get a bm of 16!!!

Lol

Maybe home weds

Feeling a bit brighter

Thats really good news Jenni.

It sounds like you have a wonderful group of people looking after you at the hospital, thank goodness. You certainly can t beat a dishy doctor, I think its always nice to have pleasant scenery, so to speak Smile Hoping for a positive outcome to the meeting today and that you will be able to go home tomorrow.

Thinking of you, with love Julia xx

Dear Jenni

I've been following your story with concern and I am delighted to hear how much better you are and that the world's a sunnier place. Hope you will soon be home with your family.

Best wishes

Morning troopers

Hoping to excite you into action there are 2... Yes 2 dishy dr's on the team and my consultants no minger either!

Only one captain dreamboat tho ;)

My mum is visiting later. A couple of patients next to me have been sick today so I'm afraid about getting the sicky bugs but God has chosen to spare me so far

Not sure where we go from here but I'd quite like to show my consultant where he can shove his drugs and that would make even CPt dreamboat wince!

Going to have a rest again now I feel knackered

So glad things are looking up a bit Jennie. If you have to be in hospital then dishy doctors are a big plus. Which hospital did you say it was? Just in case...

Glad the doctors are a sight for sore eyes - even more glad that they're looking after you well

Hello Jenni, I hope this improvement continues for you. It's amazing how you keep that sense of humour through all this. It's the best way isn't it. Love to you with fingers crossed. Glenys.

Hope the improvement continues, Jenni - guess if you`ve got a very hunky doc you won`t want action from the Tunnel Team!

Take care,
